Parents/carers MUST inform the club if their child/children are off school or will not be attending CLASP that day, to ensure we don’t regard that child as a missing person. Please note that in these instances you will still be charged for your child’s/children’s place.
Please ensure that anyone who is coming to collect your child is named on the Registration Form. We cannot let an adult collect your child without this.
CHANGE OF INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to inform the club immediately about any changes to your child’s information and emergency contact details.
Children MUST be collected no later than 6pm otherwise a £10 charge per half hour will be enforced. This must be paid in cash on the day of lateness and will go directly to the staff that had to stay late to look after your child.
TERM TIME CANCELLATION & NOTICE PERIOD
We require 2 weeks’ notice for the cancellation of any days you wish your child to stop coming to CLASP. Your account must be paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit to CLASP and cleared by the end of the academic year to secure your child’s place. CLASP reserves the right to withdraw its services if these Terms and conditions are not adhered to.
